Shipping Policy Update – Busy Sales Period

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FINAL ORDER DATE FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY IS MONDAY 16TH OF DECEMBER 2024

During busy sales periods, processing and delivery times may take slightly longer than usual due to high demand. We are working hard to ensure your orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. As a result the last order date for deliveries in time for Christmas will be Monday 16th of December 2024. Domestic Delivery (UK)

  • Delivery Duration: Once your order has been processed and shipped, it typically takes 1-3 working days for delivery within the UK.
  • Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery and make arrangements to receive your package.

International Delivery

  • Delivery Duration: For international orders, delivery typically takes 5-10 working days, depending on the destination country and subject to customs clearance.
  • Duties and Taxes: We cover all duties and taxes for international orders, as they are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). In the rare occasion that you receive a duties invoice from customs, please contact us, and we will take care of it.
